Cooking and the pleasure of the palate have always been a priority in my life, which is why becoming a chef wasn't a choice but a calling! After a general academic journey, I donned my first apron in 2007 alongside J.M. Banzo**. This was followed by experiences in the kitchens of J.L. Le Formal, Jérôme Banctel**, Pierre Rigothier*, and finally, becoming a chef in Paris in 2015 at the Anahi Restaurant. I continued my journey as a chef for two years in South America, mainly in Chile, before returning to France as the head chef at Mama Shelter in Marseille for 3 years until 2022. Today, I offer my services as a private chef and consultant.
